Every admin-facing email (login OTP, new device alerts, break-glass usage, admin account lifecycle, recertification reminders, approval notifications) has its own template per admin tier — Primary God Admin, God Admin, Main Admin, and Child Admin — so each role gets a notice that reads as being written for them. Primary God Admin's edits publish instantly. Every other role can only edit their own tier's templates, and edits go through the usual approval flow (see Requests Inbox) before they go live.
